Privacy

Effective October 7, 2026. Above the Hill Developments Inc. ("ATH") collects only what each workflow needs.

What we collect

• Free diagnostic: the URL and description you submit, and what ATHOS observed on that one public page. Stored so your result has a shareable link.
• Contact and waitlist requests: name, email, optional organization and website, your message, the request type, and the diagnosis it came from (if any).
• Basic request data: your approximate country and browser type, used to prevent abuse.

No account is required to use this site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To produce your diagnosis, reply to you, and scope work you ask for. We don't sell personal information, and submitting a form does not give consent to unrelated reuse.

Deep diagnostics

Customer materials provided for a deep diagnostic are accessed only within the written scope you authorize, read-only wherever possible, are never used to train models without a separate written agreement, and are deleted at the end of the engagement or on request.
